Cannot update

one star is not referring to Xcode as it is but to the fact
that I cannot update anymore since a couple of months.
For this version during the update: an error occurred, try in the page of Xcode.
Obviously it does not either work trying from this page.
Maibe many bad judgements comes from the same update problem. Try to fix
it.
