I have a new macbook and up-to-date OS. XCode says “installing” but nothing has actually happened in the last 2 hours. Waste of time.

Self explanatory title/

This application’s download fails nine times out of ten and it is frustrating. It’s a good enough application, but very difficult to actually download and install. This has been an issue for me for over a year now, whenever I have needed to install this application on any given computer, and I always have the same issue with the failing downloads.

Its me again, my first review 3 days ago was deleted. I tried to download this app on Saturday, after 7 hours of trying and fail download about 10+ time I gave up and started again sunday for another 4 hours but again same thing after waiting 35 mins to 40 mins download it give a message download fail (the fail download message show when there’s 7 mins left shown on the download bar). I am now given up on this app…

In this version while working with Stackviews. Xcode started freezing up with the spin of death appearing for the majority of the time, not even being able to exit out of the project. The result? A corrupted file at the hands of yours truly. Xcode really is something else. Luckily I have backups but what would I have done if I didn’t? Even with cleaning the dervived data, re-downloading Xcode, and even deleting the userdata from the project file, none of it worked. This also included relaunching my Macbook pro late 2013 model. Either the 8GB of ram I have isn’t enough for Xcode, or a bug in the Interface Builder is eating away at it from a slippage in the program, causing everything to lag and crash. No matter what - Xcode always crashed after opening.

Leaks memory like a sieve, crashes hourly, basic funcitonaliiy (such as class and method lookup) works sporadically and capriciously, interface becomes unresponsive for minutes at a time.

It is a huge App. it has - a simulator - a compiler so,it has to be huge. Check your RAM too. you need memory. Sometimes, I wonder is it still downloading, did it stop. or not, my advise: - Go to ..Launchpad.. and it will tell you what is going on under the hood. Great App. guys, give it another try and do not give up on it. Another thing. for the documentation. It is huge too, especially after the introduction of Watch and TV Not sure how the docs. update takes place. - is it cumulative? - or what. But, all in all, it is a great and powerful tool.

Everygame I program, apple will update xcode and somehow find a way to destroy the game. This new update for xcode osmehow is confusing my sktextures, and who knwos what else. We need steve jobs back.

this app kept failing to download !!!!!!!!! so annoying

Auto-complet is broken.

Any actions that involve engaging the storyboard freezes the UI for 30+ seconds. Worst release ever.

Everytime it’s being downloaded, it stops and fails. What is going on? I really liked Xcode before but these updates are constanly breaking the app! PLEASE FIX

what does that mean Unable to add App ID because the 10 App ID limit in 7 days has been exceeded. in xcode and how can i fix it :( help me Y_Y

SourceKitService crashedが発生して、全然ソースコードを書くことが出来ません。 早く直して欲しいです。 具体的には下記のエラーが発生しています。 SourceKitService Crashed Crashlog generated in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports Editor functionality temporarily limited. 下記のキャッシュを削除しても解決しないです。 ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/ModuleCache

Help の内容が 403 Fobiddenになってしまうのは私だけでしょうか？

even after os updated to 10.10.5,still downloading xcode6.4 instead of 7.2

いつもは公式からDWするのでReviewを見に来たら★……1つばっか。 環境 MBP 13mid 2012(仮想マシン　RAM16GB) MBPR　15Late 2013 (SSD 1TB RAM16GB) Time Capsule.app 何故か7.0のアプデ後Retinaがコピーが出来なくなり今回のアプデで7.2に２台同時アプデ。 見たらiTunes XMLが消滅iTunesの作り直し。 モバイルkitも消えてないので拡張も出来ない状態。 7.3に期待！！！！

Too many bugs. Can’t believe its an official app from Apple :(
